Library Services Planning: Diverse Communities
Library staff can obtain a variety of assistance in planning and refining library services for diverse communities. The State Library provides library services planning assistance which is relevant to all library communities. In addition the following specific tools are provided for libraries attempting to improve the responsiveness of their services to their culturally diverse communities:
