Instructions
The State Leadership Accountability Act (SLAA) requires all state agencies to monitor their internal control systems to minimize fraud, errors, waste, and abuse of government funds. The Act also requires each agency to report biennially on the adequacy of its control systems. Agencies are required to send a copy of the report to the State Library so that it is available for public review.
The table below provides you with links to PDF versions of the SLAA reports we have received. If an agency/department isn't listed below, then we have not received their report. You can sort the list by agency or by year. We will post new reports as we receive them. Currently, only the 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2023 reports are available online. If you would like a copy of an earlier report, please email us at fisma@library.ca.gov.
